Description

Design and develop tailored technical solutions that address customer needs and business objectives. Evaluate the benefits and costs of proposed solutions to support informed decision-making. Create and document both high-level and low-level solution designs, ensuring clarity and compliance with internal standards. Champion process improvement by leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency. Ensure the technical feasibility and operational readiness of all proposed solutions. Consolidate standard costs and provide technical input for product development and enhancements. Fluency in German and English, suitable for both verbal and written communications in global environments 5-7 years of experience in Solution Engineering or Architecture within the Telecom industry A strong understanding of Voice/Data connectivity solutions, with specialization in IoT area An innovative mindset—thinking beyond boundaries and contributing to the adoption of the latest tools and technologies to drive efficiency Experience in High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and specification writing Experience working in agile environments Knowledge and exposure/experience with commercial processes (how commercials work in the Telecom industry) Successful experience in vendor product selection and adoption (a plus) Awareness of network operations and ITIL processes (a plus) If you are excited about this role but your experience does not align exactly with every aspect of the job description, you are encouraged to apply.
