YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4 full cycle SAP WM implementation projects (at least 2 with RF/handheld devices implementation)
  • Expert knowledge of SAP ECC LE-WM module and integrations to other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD)
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA Stock Room Management and SAP EWM (project experience as a plus)
  • Knowledge of /project experience with other SAP Logistics Execution modules as a plus (Handling Unit Mgmt., Shipping, Transportation Mgmt.)
  • experience in integration with automated warehouse systems as a plus.
  • Experience to lead key functional initiatives and act as the discipline expert.
  • Experience to train and develop other experienced professionals within the discipline.
  • Proactively contribute to the development of the professional discipline.
  • Approach initiatives with a consultancy mindset and clearly communicate their business value.
  • Possess knowledge of business models, operating models, development models, project management, cost/benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Experienced in collaborating with IT and business teams, with the ability to professionally and diplomatically push back when necessary.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements and communicate them clearly.
  • Vendor and technology agnostic, focusing on the best fit for the company in alignment with principles and strategy.
  • Proactively analyze and drive complex issues, significantly improving or adapting existing processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

The solution architect is technology advisor to Lead Architects, Projects, System Owners and Process Owners, etc.
You will ensure relevant architecture principles are followed and architecture related directions are aligned and followed across relevant project portfolio and related activities, in cooperation with other solution architects across solution areas.
You will be part of driving, training and supervising professional teams within and across projects, rfc’s and other relevant activities related to the specific solution area and will ensure collaboration between all relevant people.
You will be responsible for development and maintenance of the current and target architecture within the solution area – thereby contributing to the IT strategy.

Primary Work Tasks:

  • Responsible for setting the strategic direction for the solution area architecture in the context of lead area.
  • Participates in defining the strategy for the solution area and assesses how it should be implemented.
  • Responsible for aligning the solution with roadmap(s) together with lead Architects and relevant people outside of Global IT.
  • Architectural supervision and decision support within and across projects/portfolio for relevant solution area.
  • Maintain close relationship with relevant key business and IT stakeholders to understand and balance business and IT goals, requirements, constraints and priorities.
  • Support Lead architects in development of Enterprise Architecture in LEO Pharma
  • Engage as project architect in projects and other change activities to improve templates, standards and reference architectures and ensure adherence. Be part of securing that deliveries are tested and documented in accordance with relevant regulations. When Relevant take part of development and configuration
