Job Title: Solution Architect Location: Pune / India (Hybrid) Experience: 12+ years in Financial Services Technology -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Role Summary The Solution Architect will design and integrate enterprise solutions across Treasury, Trading, Lending, and Reconciliation platforms. The role requires strong BFS COTS implementation experience, deep understanding of financial workflows, and the ability to architect scalable, secure, cloud‑ready systems. The architect will also drive AI‑led enhancements, enabling automation, intelligence, and modernization across financial platforms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities * Architect end‑to‑end solutions for BFS COTS platforms covering Treasury, Trading, Lending, and Reconciliation. * Lead platform implementation, integration, upgrades, migration, and cloud deployment initiatives. * Define architecture artifacts: HLDs, integration diagrams, data flows, cloud deployment patterns, and NFRs. * Drive AI‑led solutioning, including intelligent automation, predictive models, and generative AI‑based workflows where applicable. * Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable and compliant solutions. * Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, performance, and operational standards. * Provide architectural leadership to delivery teams and oversee design reviews and feasibility assessments. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Required Skills * 10+ years of experience in financial services technology with hands‑on BFS COTS platform exposure (Treasury, Trading, Lending, Recon, etc.). * Strong experience in enterprise integrations, migrations, and modernization programs. * Expertise in API‑led architecture, SOA, microservices, messaging, and middleware. * Good understanding of financial workflows across trading, lending, settlements, collateral, reconciliations, and risk. * Experience designing cloud‑ready or hybrid architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Ability to apply AI/ML concepts to enhance platform capabilities—automation, anomaly detection, insight generation, LLM‑based assistants, etc. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nice to Have * Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and event‑driven designs. * Exposure to large BFS transformation programs and legacy modernization. * Knowledge of data engineering, streaming, and analytics platforms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Education * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science. * Master’s degree or architecture/cloud certifications preferred.
