As a Solution Area Specialist - Workforce AI, you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across ISV customers in EMEA by positioning Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions—including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings—as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation. You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture.
