Description
- Identify whitespace opportunities and industry trends to develop and execute territory plans. - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, articulating the business value of CRM, ERP, and AI-powered solutions. - Lead technical conversations and workshops, leveraging deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and AI agentic capabilities. - Collaborate with Global Black Belts (GBBs) and engineering teams to address competitive blockers and shape future product direction. Sales Execution & Deal Management - Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy. - Guide the Specialist Team Unit (STU) and Account Team Unit (ATU) to build pipeline and drive consumption. - Lead execution of complex deals, ensuring robust deployment plans and customer success post-sale. Partner Ecosystem & Collaboration - Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements. - Collaborate with ISVs and SIs to scale offerings and accelerate time-to-value. - Provide feedback to Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to refine go-to-market strategies. Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. - 12+ years of experience in technology-related sales, with a focus on application platforms, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code technologies. Preferred: - MBA or Master's in Information Technology or related field. - 10+ years of solution or services sales experience with a proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise sales.
