Description
As a Cloud & AI Specilst, you'll participate a strategic migration initiative focused on the decommissioning of legacy Azure infrastructure and the migration of customer workloads to more resilient, cost-effective, and sustainable regions. The program is designed not only to ensure technical execution but also to safeguard customer CPE, unlock long-term growth potential, and mitigate business and operational risks.   This role requires solid project management skills to lead the end-to-end execution from initial migration planning through to three month post-migration stabilization. It requires a highly organized, customer-obsessed individual with strong cross-functional coordination skills. You will work closely with engineering, field sales, partner teams, and GTM teams to ensure that each customer journey is managed with precision, transparency, and strategic foresight.   Key to success in this role is the ability to: * Balance operational rigor with empathy for customer impact. * Proactively identify and mitigate risks across technical, commercial, and communication dimensions. * Align migration execution with broader business goals, including ECIF/ACO funding strategy, customer tiering, and long-term account growth planning Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
