Apeiron Sumus is looking for a Solution Assessment Specialist who speaks Czech to join our team focusing on Microsoft technology services, based in Tenerife or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate is someone with high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity and has previous Microsoft Technology sales experience. This person will bring new ideas, think outside the box, have a deep passion for the role and create ways to attain new accounts. Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expert - Expertise in solution assessment framework and process, role related tool usage & sales excellence (OneAsk approvals & reviews, UAT, MSX request & case management, managing ISV tool requests), and cloud migration. Point of escalation for Solution Assessment Desk and Partners. Strategy & Planning - Supports pre-sales and pipeline generation. Identifies and reviews new engagements, advising on which are strategically worth pursuing. Establishes the benefits of Solution Assessments. Discovery Tool Expertise - Advises customers on solution assessment type using appropriate assessment tools. Engage with Sales Teams and customers to elaborate on the benefits, reach, and requirements of an assessment to confirm their interest. Manage current accounts - Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients, Account Executives and extended Sales Team. Customer support - Answer calls and emails from clients, identify opportunities and make suggestions for future or new products or services. Professional and Technical competencies: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software Familiarity with MS Cloud and PowerBI Understanding of sales performance metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills Self-Direction and a focus on quality, with the ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives Desirable Certifications: Microsoft Certified | Azure Fundamentals | AZ-900 Microsoft 365 Certified | Fundamentals | MS-900 Microsoft Certified | Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) | MB-910 Personal Profile: Required languages: English and Czech Educational level: Bachelor’s degree Special conditions or requirements: Open to work on a global environment with different cultures and languages This is an on-site position About Apeiron Sumus: Apeiron is a Microsoft Partner dedicated to provide specialized services around customer cloud transformation.
