Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and technology, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will be responsible for setting up and configuring demo/PoC instances tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients in the private credit market. You will work across asset classes such as ABL, CRE, PL, NPL, CLO, MM, and others to ensure the solutions meet client needs.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that our web-based solutions are properly set up and aligned with client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILL SET

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the finance, technology, or consulting sectors
  • Technical Skills:Strong command of SQL for querying and data manipulation and JavaScript knowledge for basic customization and integrations is a plus
  • Finance Knowledge: Solid understanding of the private credit market and its associated asset classes (ABL, CRE, PL, NPL, CLO, MM, etc.)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and simple manner
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to design and propose effective solutions to meet client needs in a timely manner
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to deliver client solutions
  • Educational Requirements: A background in Engineering (CS/IT), MBA Finance, and experience as a Consultant/Business Analyst is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring a smooth client experience during demos and PoCs
  • Ability to manage multiple demos/PoCs simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapting to the fast-paced demands of the role
  • Experience with data-driven problem solving and technical solution customization.
Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Problem Solving: Design and customize solutions from our existing suite of web-based tools to meet client needs in the private credit market
  • Demo/PoC Set-Up: Set up the technical environment for product demonstrations, trials, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for potential clients, ensuring that the solution functions effectively and aligns with the client’s objectives
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize strong SQL skills to query data, build reports, and create customized solutions for client needs. Basic knowledge of JavaScript for customization and integrations is a plus
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of tailored solutions
  • Client Engagement: Support the sales and pre-sales teams during the demo and PoC phases to ensure that the technical setup meets client-specific requirements and objectives
  • Market Knowledge: Apply a strong understanding of private credit market dynamics and asset classes (e.g., ABL, CRE, PL, NPL, CLO, MM) to set up solutions that are relevant to each client’s context
  • Pre-sales Consultant Experience: Experience in pre-sales activities, especially in configuring and setting up demos and PoCs, is a plus
