Role: Solution Consultant Location: Singapore We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a hands-on Solution Consultant. In this role, you will engage with C-level executives, lead RFP and tender projects, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. You’ll combine strategic advisory, technical expertise, and project leadership to craft business cases, conduct compelling product demos, and influence key decision-makers. Responsibilities: Provide strategic advisory and thought leadership to senior stakeholders. Lead sales and pre-sales initiatives, including RFP responses and product demonstrations Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives. Lead projects through Agile or Waterfall lifecycles, driving alignment across diverse teams. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across global organizations. Proven experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role at top consultancies/Big4, focusing on Singapore government or large commercial sector enterprises. Strong skills in sales, pre-sales, strategic advisory, and technical solution design. Experienced in leading projects (Agile/Waterfall) and managing cross-functional, global teams. Excellent communication, able to influence C-suite stakeholders and build lasting relationships. Track record with large-scale deals ($5–10M+) and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. Proactive, innovative, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
