Description
As a Solution Consultant II within our UKG Pro Suite implementation team, you will do the following: Support end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Configure, test, and validate HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, GL, Retirement Benefits. Assist in ensuring compliance with US and Canadian labor laws, taxation, and benefits regulations. Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects. Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Engage with our Project teams in various geographies in order to understand their business needs regarding the various modules of UKG Pro product Participate in client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities. Stay informed on latest HCM technology updates and compliance changes in US/Canada. B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation (Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar platforms). Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits. Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment. Effective communication and client interaction abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
