SOLUTION CONSULTANT - LATAM:

To grow our company, and more specifically the International Sales team, we are looking for a Solution Consultant based in Brasil, Colombia or Mexico.

What will you do?
Our ideal candidate’s main objective is to support sales through the analysis and qualification of market opportunities. They are responsible for pre-sales to commercial partners, including product demonstrations and proposing solutions to clients and partners.
What do you need to work with us?
Skills and experience with omnichannel technologies in the contact center sector;
Process automation and artificial intelligence applied to contact center solutions;
Public speaking skills;
Knowledge of the following languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese at a B2 level or higher;
Nice to hace (not mandatory)
Experience in implementing solutions for end clients;
Project management skills;The job will be fully remote.
The company will provide the necessary tools: computer, smartphone, SIM card
