YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience with ATOSS as a user or key user.
• A strong interest in topics like digitalization, software, or process optimization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English.
• High service orientation and a structured approach to work.
• A successfully completed degree or vocational training in an IT-related field.
• Willingness to travel (2–3 days per week).

• You will be the point of contact for technical and functional inquiries and develop innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of our prospects and customers.
• As a trusted advisor, you will support the sales process and build a strong, trusting relationship with prospects and customers.
• You will conduct high-quality workshops, including software presentations and analyses (virtual and on-site). You will present tailored solutions rather than just demonstrating features.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the local market and collaborate closely with the Product Management team to continuously enhance our solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of RFPs/RFIs and provide consultation during proposal processes.
• Contribute to team success by leveraging your expertise and introducing creative ideas.
