As the Solution Consultant, you will work on one of the major Univerus global products in Asset Management / Field Mobility Software and support in several other enterprise solution applications. This will involve implementation, training and professional consulting services. We are seeking a Solution Consultant for an immediate start to join our Operations Team to deliver consulting services for our software solution implementations. You will be responsible for the direct delivery of product support, implementation and professional consulting services and participate in sales demonstrations. You will be intrinsic to the company’s vision of creating a community which will be driven by your ability to create excellent customer engagement through the delivery of support and professional services. The position is based out of our Brisbane, QLD office, with opportunities to work remotely and opportunities for travel.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient software implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications in relevant technologies, platforms, or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Agile) are an advantage
  • Strong relationship building, consulting and client management capability.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS environments including IIS and SQL server.
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies related to the solution offering (e.g., CRM, ERP, GIS, or Asset Management systems).
  • Familiarity with database management, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with software implementation, system configuration, or integration projects.
  • Experience working with enterprise software solutions or industry-specific platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.
  • Configure and implement software solutions to ensure seamless integration with client systems.
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales and implementation phases of projects.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on solution functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during solution deployment and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Create detailed documentation, including user guides, system configuration, and technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
