Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

  • Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, preferrably within the retail industry
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Knowledge of the retail world is highly appreciated
  • Motivated and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to establish good relationships with every level of the company’s interlocutors as well as with clients
  • You are proactive by nature
  • You are able to fluently communicate in writing and orally in English and Italian

Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on the solutions and demonstrate its value during the pre-sales phase through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work closely with Key Account Executives to define the relevant strategy to apply for each client.
  • Assist clients in setting up pilots within their stores.
  • Adapt existing configurations in collaboration with internal technical departments for the installation of the solution.
  • Actively participate in tenders.
  • Train client teams to use the solution and share best practices.
  • Proactively monitor newly installed stores through regular follow-up points with the client
