Description

- Coordinate and perform all phases of UKG's implementation methodology - Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance to the customer - Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support - Track, manage, and oversee the resolution of open implementation issues/items - Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities - Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project- or Post-Go-Live request related items - Meet project and Post-Go-Live task milestones and due dates - Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results - 1+ years of Saas software implementation - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field - Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills (English and French) - Strong time management and organizational skills to deliver on multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines - Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements, processes, tools, and resources - General Business Acumen - 3+ years of Saas software implementation in the HR industry - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
