Solutions Delivery Architect Location: Remote Department: Professional Services Reports to: Regional Senior Director, Professional Services Shape the Future of Digital Transformation At Iron Mountain, we’re redefining how organisations manage, protect, and unlock value from their information. As a Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA), you’ll be at the heart of this transformation designing and delivering powerful, intelligent, and scalable solutions that help our customers modernise how they manage content and data. This is a high-impact role for a technical leader who can combine strategic architecture vision with hands-on technical know-how and strong customer engagement skills. What You’ll Do Act as the design authority for customer solutions across your region, ensuring they meet business goals and technical standards. Partner with customers as a trusted technical advisor, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative digital solutions. Lead and mentor solution architects, analysts, and engineers through the full solution lifecycle from design to implementation and testing. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Ensure every solution aligns with best practices in performance, security, and scalability. Contribute to the development of standardized architectures and reusable solution patterns across the business. Stay current on emerging technologies and help shape Iron Mountain’s global solution strategy. What You’ll Bring A proven track record designing and delivering complex content/information management or digital transformation solutions. Strong understanding of: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Workflow orchestration and automation Enterprise content management (ECM), data extraction, OCR, AI/ML Experience with one or more modern development and integration tools such as Python, .NET/C#, Java, NodeJS, REST APIs, JSON/XML, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue). Familiarity with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Architecture or Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, Zachman) highly regarded. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across both business and technical stakeholders.
