Solution Delivery Manager
Permanent
Location: Edinburgh, Peterborough or Witham (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)
Salary: A competitive salary from £51,920 - £77,880 depending on the experience you can bring

As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of technology changes and supporting third party deliveries for the Aegon UK platform and digital experience. Drive continuous process improvement and push the boundaries of innovation in technology and customer experience to make the Aegon platform first choice for our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading and driving technical delivery, making decisions that shape how we deliver effectively
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives
• Balancing technology project scope, schedule, quality, and risks. Identifying and making recommendations to adjust the overall project delivery plan as necessary.
• Embedding an agility mind-set without compromising on risk
• Managing Technology project relationships and coordinating work between different teams at different locations. Managing the delivery of the end-to-end Technology Solution including any 3rd party deliveries that may be required.
• Working with wider delivery teams to review issues and blockers problem solving through to effective resolution

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Ability to work in an agile environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience using ServiceNow, Microsoft Project and Excel
• Proven IT project management experience in taking major technology deliveries from idea to implementation
• Managed third party software and application supplier deliveries
• Experience using Jira and/or Confluence
• Managed multiple stakeholders at senior levels, including Executive level
