Description
Your Responsibilities will include: Contribute to reach the EMEA/country automation target. Contribute on identifying EMEA/country Automation blockers and support projects to solve them. Ensure timely tasks/projects completion ensuring current policies and practices are followed and keeping accurate documentation. Apply experience & knowledge in a variety of situations to accomplish defined goals at customer, GCX organization and/or even broader BSC level. Support the deployment of Global Customer Experience (GCX) solutions to in- and external customers. Fast learner with a curiosity and aptitude for technical learning. Ideally 3 years of experience in MedTech is preferable or customer care organization Strong interest in automation technologies, like EDI and willingness to learn new tools and concepts. Customer care orientation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with team members and interact with peers. Strong Analytical skills and structured thinking. Keen attention to detail and accurate data entry. Apply as well share Best Practices. Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in usage of SAP and Service Cloud (SalesForce). Fluent in English and German.
