Description
The purpose of the JW Solution Design Specialist is to contribute to the strategy and design of JW solutions deliverables to maintain a high-level of quality and a clear and concise message. The primary focus will be design of new and existing solutions and services while supporting the successful launch of enhancements or new offerings.
Details

Making an Impact

  • Design and maintain a library of current service offerings in appropriate single knowledge resource (HighSpot, SharePoint).
  • Create design documents, including PowerPoint decks, flow-charts, budgeting plans, webinars, trainings, and thought leadership documents.
  • Maintain an overview of existing service offerings in partnership with and approval of SMEs, Marketing, and Solutions Leadership.
  • Support (and collaborate with) cross-functional Marketing initiatives including campaigns, webinars, events, and trade shows.
  • Partner with JW Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to leverage insights to inform service strategy and solution design.
  • Bring knowledge of services and creative content (visual and written) to positively influence how brand is perceived.
  • Continuously research the evolving nature of our services industry and competitive landscape to ensure our stories and value proposition are differentiated, memorable and innovative.
  • Support an internal communication strategy to keep organization informed of Solutions’ activity.

Sharing Expertise

  • Engage with Solutions Team to understand their requirements and design solutions that align with their client’s business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure JW services align and delivered as solutioned.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in conversations with leadership team on adjustment, enhancement, or redirection to solutions and offerings necessary to maintain and capture JW market share.

Gaining Exposure

  • Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with Delivery, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Contribute to JW business growth by partnering with colleagues to share, leverage and build solutions
  • Build alliances and collaborative relationships with similar-skilled resources across the organization to leverage their institutional knowledge and past successes.

Your Typical Day

  • Design JW solutions documents by taking technical content and translating into an easily digestible, visual story highlighting differentiators and value contributions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solutions leadership, and marketing
  • Provide necessary content to ensure timely delivery to client engagements and sales pursuit responses.
  • Leverage AI tools and other modern technologies to create engaging and memorable visuals that grow our wins and customer relationships.
  • This is a virtual position but may occasionally require travel to meet with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Industry: 4+ years in marketing/sales, consulting services or business management with a proven sales and solutions support model
  • Content Knowledge: Growing understanding of JW Solutions
  • Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in relevant technologies and tools.
  • Skills: ability to take in input and feedback to make design decisions.
  • Experience: using AI and Microsoft 365 applications (strong PowerPoint user) for content development
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Worked for a large, matrixed, global organization
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and curation processes
