Job Description About Us We run the billing systems for fixed-line, mobile, and mobile service provider networks. Our job is to make sure millions of customers receive correct, clear, and reliable invoices every month. Right now, we are bringing together different billing systems into one modern platform. That means we are replacing older systems step by step and building new, cloud-based services. If you want to be part of a large-scale modernisation project, this is a great opportunity. The Role We are looking for an experienced **Solution Designer with strong Business Analyst skills** to join our Billing Layout team. This team is responsible for how invoices look and work – including e-invoicing and PDF formats. You will be the link between the business side and the development teams. You will collect requirements, run workshops, and make sure everyone is on the same page. What You Will Do Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements for invoice layout and design Document and coordinate business requirements clearly Align with different stakeholders to clarify open questions and priorities Translate business needs into language and formats that development teams can work with Work closely with Product Owners to make sure requirements are understood and properly planned Distribute functional requirements to the right teams What We Value An agile mindset – you are comfortable with iterative ways of working You take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do You think analytically and enjoy solving complex problems You communicate clearly, even when topics are technical You work well across teams and functions You always keep the end customer in mind Qualifications Must have: Solid experience in Solution Design and Business Analysis (senior / expert level) German and English – at least B2 level in both Experience with cross-system process analysis – you can see the big picture across multiple systems Strong requirements management skills Confidence in working with different departments and external partners Experience moderating workshops, including larger groups Good understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity with AWS-based solutions Hands-on experience with Jira (administration, backlog maintenance) Nice to have: Experience in the billing / invoicing domain Experience working with Jira in a scaled or multi-team setup Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
