Position Summary:
Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Engineer to join its AI team within Software & AI Labs. This expert-level role focuses on advanced wireless and RF technologies in combination with AI/ML use cases. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting data and test case generation for AI model training, coordinating with internal business units and Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs), and serving as the customer lead for Keysight’s forthcoming AI Development Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom scripts and automation solutions tailored to customer testing requirements.
• Lead the Data Generation Lab with our AI Platform to generate and provide access to datasets for training.
• Coordinate with Keysight business units and MLEs to facilitate high-quality data generation for AI model development.
• Act as the primary customer interface for the AI Development Platform, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical requirements
• Serve as a technical advisor on wireless and RF technologies across global engagements.
• Collaborate with account managers to communicate the value proposition of Keysight’s AI solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives with customers and R&D teams.
• Deliver training and provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer success.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
• Represent Keysight at industry events and technical forums.

Qualifications:
-

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep technical expertise in wireless technologies, including 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi (802.11ac/ax).
• Strong understanding of protocol conformance, radio channel emulation, and signal integrity.
• Proficiency in software development and automation tools, including Python, C#, and OpenTAP.
• Independent professional that works best under broad and general directions.
• Familiarity with competitive solutions and the ability to effectively position Keysight’s offerings.

This position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S. export controls. You must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California pay range: MIN $132,330- MAX $220,550
Colorado pay range: MIN $122,530- MAX $204,220
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
