Description
Technical Engagement Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions. Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists to define technical win strategies and address customer requirements. Work closely with partners to support joint technical engagements and accelerate solution deployment. Contribute technical expertise early in the sales cycle to shape solution architecture and roadmap. Provide input on proposals and assist in building solution designs aligned with customer needs. Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success teams for implementation and adoption. Build relationships with colleagues and team members beyond solution areas. Network at technical community events. Initiate conversations with prospective customers/partners at events to expand external networks. Act as an expert in one or more solution areas. 3+ years of experience in technical solution engineering or pre-sales in business applications or related domains. Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English communication skills. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. Familiarity with generative AI technologies and Copilot solutions. Strong presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Sales experience in generative AI domain
