Description

The Solution Engineer (SE) is the primary contact to produce technical solutions in line with customers’ requirements, working closely with the Account Manager (AM) in a supporting presales role.
As a Solution Engineer at Arelion, you will be critical to our success by being a creative solutions-oriented consultant and an “influencer” at key touchpoints in the Sales Life Cycle and you will have the opportunity to help define what excellence and process creation mean in this role.

KNOW-HOW

EXPERIENCE At least 5 years’ experience al work experience.
EDUCATION Master degree or equivalent.
LANGUAGE Fluency in spoken and written English.
IT/TECHNOLOGY Strong experience in the Arelion portfolio https://www.arelion.com/products-and-services.html.

Responsibilities
  • Customer visits and telephone meetings alongside the AM
  • Strategize with the AM to drive sales of solution offerings.
  • Experience navigating and working with IT & Network Organizations
  • Work cross-functionally across Product Development, Engineering, Services and Delivery teams.
  • In formal RFP/RFQ bidding environments, act as point person for all technical

portions of the bid package, analyze specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare time, costs, materials, and labor estimates including bid and design-build projects.

  • A broader role sharing best practice, experience, and knowledge with the rest of the organisation and thus contributing to improvements across the company.
