ABOUT THE ROLE

Kuali is hiring a seasoned Solution Engineer to help us expand our passionate, engaged community of customer schools as we continue to evolve our innovative, user-friendly suites for higher education administration. Reporting directly to our VP Sales, this critical role will work closely with potential customers to understand the challenges they are facing and demonstrate the value that our solutions can bring to addressing the challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leveraging your knowledge of higher education, and in particular, academic operations, to understand the challenges our potential customers are facing and demonstrate the value of Kuali Solutions through educational, consultative, and supportive engagement.
• Preparing and delivering persuasive, educational demonstrations of Kuali solutions to help prospects evaluate our capabilities.
• Monitoring higher ed markets, trends, thought leaders, covered media, trade associations, and competitive landscape.
• Continuously improving your solution engineering skills and demonstrating a desire to continuously learn and implement best practices
• Representing and demonstrating Kuali values, brand, and mission
