Description

What You'll Be DoingPartner with enterprise retail customers to understand their business objectives and operational challenges.
Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with customer requirements and long-term platform strategy.
Lead technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
Collaborate closely with Sales during RFPs, technical presentations and customer negotiations.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Project Management and Customer Success teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from store operations through to executive leadership.
Support successful solution deployment and customer adoption.
Travel to customer sites across Germany and occasionally internationally.
