  • Developing Problem Statements and Solution Sheets for qualified opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers
  • Expanding reach within key accounts by positioning additional products, expanding existing solutions, and offering professional services
  • Fostering client retention by establishing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships through high-level business conversations

Customer Advocacy:

  • Staying informed about product roadmaps and new feature releases; updating our demonstration library accordingly
  • Representing the company at industry and customer events as required
  • Providing thought leadership within The Adaptavist Group and to our portfolio of customers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and execute tactical actions within key accounts to achieve account plan outcomes
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify business development opportunities
  • Communicating complex technical messages to varied stakeholders using strong communication skills and appropriate tools
  • Advocating for customers to ensure delivery engagements align with agreed-upon problem statements

Collaboration:

  • Facilitating seamless communication and handover from pre-sales and sales to delivery teams by conveying key requirements and proposed solutions
  • Coordinating with teams in pre-sales and delivery to keep team members updated on product roadmaps and new feature releases
  • Enhancing practice quality by sharing success stories, sophisticated demos, and solution architectures with the delivery team
