ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to lead technical solution design and client engagement for SIRAYA’s cutting-edge IT services. You’ll partner with CEOs, CTOs, IT operations teams, and business stakeholders to address critical challenges in network performance, security, cloud architecture, and AI adoption—turning complex needs into high-impact, end-to-end solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead Needs Analysis & Solution Design – Conduct in-depth technical discovery to identify client pain points (e.g., latency, cybersecurity gaps, cloud optimization, AI integration) and design tailored IT solutions in network acceleration, cloud services, and security.
• Deliver Impactful Demos & Ensure Project Success – Present the value of SIRAYA’s solutions to decision-makers at all levels, guide PoC testing, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Bridge Clients & Product Innovation – Work with product and R&D teams to relay customer requirements, drive product enhancements, and develop reusable, industry-specific solution frameworks.
• Stay Ahead of Tech Trends – Monitor advancements in cloud services, cybersecurity, and edge computing, integrating emerging technologies into client solutions.
