This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the functional and technical sales process for a diverse software portfolio, translating complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and drive successful proof-of-concepts. The position requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will play a key role in shaping customer experiences, ensuring solutions align with business goals, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex opportunities while delivering value consistently. Accountabilities Lead the functional and technical aspects of the sales process across assigned accounts. Deliver product demonstrations that align solutions with customer challenges. Gather, analyze, and interpret customer requirements to anticipate needs and provide tailored recommendations. Collaborate with account executives and overlay teams to support strategic deal wins. Develop and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solution value. Respond promptly to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and ensure customer satisfaction. Educate and influence clients on solution value, ease of use, quality, and ROI. 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products and services in enterprise accounts. 1+ years of experience with Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions. Strong presentation, demonstration, and storytelling skills for technical audiences. Proven track record of achieving strategic deal wins. Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives to frontline employees. Experience customizing and building demos and proof-of-concepts. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions. Experience selling full-suite SaaS products.
