Role Overview As a Solution Engineer – Sales, you will act as the bridge between our technical products and our international clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements, deliver tailored demonstrations, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions. This role requires a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to international clients. Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, RFPs, and client evaluations. Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. Build strong relationships with global clients, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts. Stay updated with product developments and market trends to effectively position solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in solution engineering, product support, or pre-sales roles. International exposure—education abroad or professional experience with global companies is strongly preferred. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business-friendly language. Knowledge of SaaS, fintech, or identity verification solutions will be an advantage.
