As a Solution Engineer you will be a trusted advisor to customers, driving long-term strategic direction and growing engagement at the CXO level. In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in the pre-sales community; share best practices, support peers and leverage the efforts of others to broaden your impact and empower others. Use your storytelling skills to explain how our solutions will solve our customer's problems and the value our solutions provide in a way that our customers can relate to. Work with our customers to understand their challenges and needs and the value in solving them Experience a culture of continuous learning, feeding your passion for learning best practices from others; trying, failing and learning from that; sharing practices and knowledge for others' benefit. Orchestrating and executing POCs, envision workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and conducting technical demonstrations to showcase the business value of D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Contact Center, D365 Field Service, Copilot Studio, and LOB AI Agents offerings. You will proactively collaborate with partners early in the sales cycle. Be part of a dedicated sales community supported by Account teams, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success teams that enable you to drive enterprise-wide adoption of D365 solutions. 10+ years technology-related experience in Enterprise SaaS presales or consulting Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years experience in presales, preferably for a SaaS solution Expert understanding and 1 - 2 years' experience selling into one of the following industries: Government, Healthcare, and/or Higher Education Strong experience, interest and curiousity in customer facing presentations, software demonstration and storytelling technique
