We’re looking for a passionate professional with technical expertise to guide prospective and new customers through their journey and our company’s onboarding process. Responsibilities Lead prospects from POCs until the completion of the onboarding phase. Be the product expert, ensuring enterprise customers fully grasp the platform's value. Collaborate with the R&D team to create tailored solutions that solve customer pain points. Respond first for customer needs, and build the processes that scale to manage customer expectations. Prioritize and triage customer requests and issues, while continuously checking those are handled by the Product and R&D. Requirements 3+ years in a client-facing and tech-focused role (e.g., Solution Engineer/Sales Engineer) in B2B cyber security products. Strong technical background (development, cyber, etc.). Experience in the AppSec field - a significant benefit. Native-level proficiency in English Fluent communication skills in Hebrew - a significant advantage
