Job Description

Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, you will work with our Italian customers and be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• For independent or medium-sized retailers, working closely with the sales teams in the area, present VusionGroup solutions and gather customer requirements,
• Assemble, lead and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for the roll-out of independent or medium-sized retailers,
• Monitor projects using shared tools,
• Ensuring that deadlines are met and costs controlled,
• Acting as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues (technical, integration, upgrade requests and installations),
• Support the rest of the team in the development of upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customer.

Qualifications
With 3/5 years of higher education with a strong IT dimension, you have initial experience in project management and/or IT (development, network, etc.).
You’re looking to put your technical skills to good use in a fast-growing international group on a human scale that’s a leader in its market.
As a true orchestral conductor, you will be responsible on a daily basis for the progress of your projects and therefore directly for customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian is essential. You will also be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
Organised, tenacious, efficient and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a fast learner and want to take on responsibility within a demanding and ambitious company.
