As a Solution Engineer , you’ll work closely with Sales and Technical teams to design, present, and implement communication solutions that meet client needs. You’ll also support engineering delivery, client training, and post-deployment support, contributing to the full solution lifecycle — from presales through to field integration and day-2 services.

• Collaborate with Sales team to design technical solutions tailored to customer needs
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and site surveys
• Build technical documentation, sales materials, and conduct customer training
• Lead UAT planning, system testing, and post-Go-Live support
• Integrate hardware and software solutions for customers
• Participate in proof-of-concept development and facilitate co-creation workshops
• Work cross-functionally with solution architects, developers, and engineers
• Support incident management and serve as key contact for production systems
• Stay current with telecom and networking trends (e.g., RF, satellite, mobile communications)
