REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, network design, or solutions architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of dark fiber networks, connectivity services (e.g. Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN), and enterprise network design.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and customer focus.
  • Regional APAC experience and networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Juniper) are advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in other APAC languages is an advantage but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative connectivity solutions across the APAC region. You will serve as the key technical advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Sales to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored connectivity solutions.
  • Design network architectures, including dark fiber networks, backbone connectivity, and data center interconnections.
  • Lead technical discussions, presentations, and RFP responses with customers.
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation and solution design support.
  • Ensure smooth handover of solutions to deployment teams.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Share best practices and support internal knowledge building.
