Description

You will engage with and reach out to customers with coaching and guidance from others and develop an understanding of current customer context and anticipate next steps as well as drive technical wins with support from peers. You will engage other resources, leveraging basic resource knowledge for key areas of technology as needed to overcome technical blockers on assigned technology set. You will engage in partner sell-with scenarios, build your awareness of partner technical capacity through observation and review customer interactions to raise competitive information and contribute to the product strategy by soliciting and communication customer feedback. You will embody our culture and values. 1 -2 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1-2 years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1-2 year(s) technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
