Working Location: Kai Tak, Kowloon Working Duration: Permanent  Key Responsibilities: * Reporting to Team Lead of Corporate Applications team * Lead a team of Senior Solution Analyst to collaborate with Business Functional Team, System Integrator and Technical Team to deliver the expected business outcomes  * Partner with key business users and stakeholders in requirements collection, business process improvement analysis, application design and resources planning for Digital initiatives  * Identify and address risks in different delivery stages, including adequacy of test plans and outcomes, with residual risk being understood and accepted by management  * Produce required documentation in different delivery stages  * Ensure agreed service levels with assigned business groups are met through performing Digital applications and support teams * Promote a digital and agile mindset supporting digital transformation and digital delivery model * Manage and lead internal and / or external resources to provide digital solutions, perform project implementations, continuous enhancements, support and maintenance for enterprise applications and processes that include, but not limited to: * Recruitment and onboarding * Employee Management  * Time and Attendance * Payroll and Benefit management      * Performance management * Learning and development * Employee Self-Service * Manager Self-Service Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable. * Professional credentials in ERP, DevSecOps, PMP, ScrumMaster, ITIL, COBIT, or relevant disciplines preferred * At least 8 years of experience in ERP. Knowledge in Oracle Human Capital Management advantageous * Extensive experience in project and vendor management experience * Strong communication and Leadership skills * Proven track record of problem solving and analytical abilities * Good at Vendor management, Relationship management and change management  * Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning * Proactive, performance driven and results oriented     ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
