As a Solution Lead, you will be responsible for designing and articulating comprehensive solutions that meet client needs while optimising for cost-effectiveness and competitiveness. You will leverage your expertise in storytelling, presentation, and business communication to create compelling proposals. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the deliverability of solutions from conception to implementation. Requirements Analysis: Undertake requirements analysis and translation to understand service components, standard service offerings, and potential gaps. • Leadership: Lead teams collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes and execute external and internal stakeholder management and communication. • Commercial Understanding: Possess detailed commercial understanding, including terms and conditions (T&Cs) and service schedules, as well as contractual drafting. • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed price and cost analysis, including internal business case creation. • Coaching and mentoring: Undertake coaching, mentoring and people management of colleagues to develop skills and capabilities.
