Your future starts here Im Bereich Identity & Access Management (IAM) übernimmst du als Solution Manager die strategische Gesamtverantwortung für eine geschäftskritische Solution mit hoher Relevanz für die digitale und AI-Transformation. Du positionierst IAM als zentralen Business Enabler und stellst sicher, dass dessen Services messbaren Mehrwert für das Unternehmen schaffen. In dieser Rolle verbindest du strategische Führung, finanzielle Verantwortung und operative Umsetzungsstärke. Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Top-Leadership, Business, Security, Architektur und Delivery und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung einer komplexen Enterprise-Landschaft. Du bist als Teil des Leadership Teams für IAM als Value Stream und führst ein Solution-Management-Team. Deine Verantwortung als «Content Authority» erstreckt sich von Vision und Roadmap über Budget und Priorisierung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du übernimmst die Ownership der IAM-Solution-Roadmap und steuerst die strategische Ausrichtung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung zentraler IAM-Services Du positionierst IAM als strategischen Business Enabler und übersetzt IAM-Themen in messbaren Business Value Du führst das strategische Stakeholder-Management auf Top-Leadership-Ebene und bringst Business, Security, Architektur und Delivery auf gemeinsame Ziele Du verantwortest das Value-Stream-Budget — inklusive Finanzplanung, Business Cases, Kostensteuerung, Risiko-Management und Investment-Priorisierung Du entscheidest über Prioritäten, Zielkonflikte und Abhängigkeiten mit klarem Fokus auf Wirkung, Machbarkeit und nachhaltigen Geschäftsnutzen Du führst Direct Reports im Solution-Management-Team, stärkst ihre Weiterentwicklung und sorgst für klare Ausrichtung, hohe Verbindlichkeit und erfolgreiche Delivery Deine Skills Langjährige Erfahrung (8–10+ Jahre) in einer strategischen Führungsrolle, z. B. im Solution-, Product- oder Portfolio-Management Fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Identity & Access Manage ment-Umfeld (z. B. Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management) Sehr starkes Stakeholder-Management auf Senior- und Executive-Level Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Entwicklung und Ausrichtung von Organisationseinheiten Ausgeprägte Finanzkompetenz: Budgetverantwortung, Business Cases, Kostensteuerung, Investitionsentscheide und finanzielles Risiko-Management Du verbindest strategisches Denken mit konsequenter Delivery-Orientierung Du kannst komplexe technische und geschäftliche Zusammenhänge prägnant darstellen und in klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen übersetzen Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
