Responsibilities

WHAT YOU NEED TO FULFILL THE ROLE

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within the construction technology sector
  • Strong expertise in content development, messaging strategies, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Product Management, and Sales Enablement teams

Market-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Define and refine the value proposition of our platform and its integrated solutions, aligning with industry-specific challenges and customer needs
  • Develop targeted messaging strategies that address key market trends, regional demands, and customer pain points
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts by producing insight-driven positioning and customer-focused messaging
  • Ensure consistency and relevance in content creation to support product launches across all active region

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality marketing assets, including screen recordings, live demos, presentations, sales collateral, video casts, and event materials
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear, impactful messaging that highlights business value and differentiators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing content, sales initiatives, and customer engagement strategies
  • Represent the company in live product demonstrations, webinars, and industry events to showcase solution capabilities
  • Leverage content management systems to streamline asset organization and distribution
  • Continuously refine content strategies to enhance audience engagement and improve digital marketing effectivenes
