The Job
Spirii is at the forefront of the e-mobility industry, developing and delivering world-class Platform as a Service (PaaS), charging products, and digital solutions to customers with electric vehicles. As a Solution Roll-out Manager, you will play a key role in orchestrating and project managing the roll-out of our platform and products to partners and customers, both on a national and international level. You will be directly involved in the onboarding process for new partners and customers, collaborating with multiple departments such as Sales, Product Development, Platform Development, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
You will report to our COO.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects with multi-disciplinary teams, owning your project roadmap and ensuring timely delivery.
• Effectively communicate goals, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate the needs of partners and customers into clear delivery requirements, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Enable both B2B and B2C customer journeys by optimizing processes and supporting partners and customers on our software platforms.
• Engage with partners and customers in both the early and final stages of the project, providing continuous support throughout the implementation and delivery process.
• Build cross-departmental knowledge and become an expert in the e-mobility solution platform field.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of our e-mobility solution platform to partners and customers, showcasing its business fit and value to target users.

You are a highly organized and adaptable individual with a strong background in project management. You thrive in dynamic environments and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are excited by new challenges and are open to working in a fast-paced, international setting.

Key Competencies:

• Relevant educational background.
• Proven experience in structured project management, with the ability to manage deliverables and progress effectively, while avoiding common project pitfalls.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, both internally and with external partners and customers.
• Experience with rolling out PaaS/SaaS systems or working as a software project manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with product management and development is an advantage.
• Motivated to work in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
• Previous experience in the e-mobility industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
• A basic technical understanding, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-oriented way.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with varying languages and cultures.
• Open to new challenges and capable of adapting to a rapidly changing work environment.
