We are looking for a Solution Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our German Sales Team in
Frankfurt am Main.
The ideal candidate will have strong service standards, technical affinity, enjoy customer & team interaction, and collaborate effectively with various departments within the company. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both remote and in-office work in a
state-of-the-art office in the metropolis of Frankfurt.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree or equivalent with a technical affinity and a numbers-driven background.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in complex buying units with several years of experience demonstrating consistent individual overachievement and revenue management.
  • Strong leadership in sales conversations, motivational skills, and a confident, presentable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Practical experience in implementing modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with “C” and “C-1” level communication experience. Well-developed ability to identify opportunities and achieve success in cross-selling and new customer sales.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
  • Sound understanding of customer processes (Risk Management, Compliance, Supply) and relevant customer offerings within the respective area of expertise, as well as deep knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
  • Experience in designing and delivering workshops, live demos, and training sessions.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant tools and processes (including databases and systems) in information services with business information and risk data.
  • Proficient in industry-specific, user-related MS Office and IT skills, with business-fluent English and German language skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to drive customer project closures across diverse industries, with a focus on boosting sales through acquiring new customers and expanding within our existing customer base
  • Ensure revenue and sales growth to meet agreed targets, managing progress against targets through accurate and regular reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with relationship management teams to develop tailored success strategies and action plans for specific industries or companies (Joint Account Planning)
  • Ensure D&B products and services have presence in complex customer structures, while maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct analysis of customer needs, lead business reviews, and advocate for customers internally to enhance their value and improve our offerings
  • Customer Journey Management: Guide customers through their journey by recommending the best D&B products and solutions, serving as the go-to resource for strategic inquiries
  • Manage and communicate progress against goals through accurate and timely pipeline management, reporting and forecasting via our CRM system
