Overview As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation across NSW Government customers. You bring experience in managing high-value relationships within the public sector and have a minimum of 5 years, preferably 10 years of experience in sales engagements or a working understanding from your time within government. With a background in navigating stakeholders across both business and IT, you also bring a strong work ethic with experience successfully orchestrating across internal teams, partners and services organizations. This role is based in Sydney only. Responsibilities Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within the NSW Government with experience in CRM, ERP, AI or Low Code technology sales. Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution. Engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans. Craft and negotiate terms for significant transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning. Leverage relationships within the NSW Government sector to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes. Qualifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years experience selling solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units. 5 years+ leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in complex customers or similar experience managing stakeholders Experience in deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for digital transformation initiatives. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading sales processes within government, especially NSW Government, Strong forecasting and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
