The Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and motivated Solutions Specialist to join our Community Care sales team. This role focuses specifically on supporting community care providers, so knowledge or a genuine interest in this area is key. You will have the opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of the people and families we work with and to put your own stamp on our journey. The Role Based out of our Christchurch branch, you’ll be the face of Cubro for our Community Care customers. This is an on-the-road service role, where you’ll represent our brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and become a trusted advisor to health professionals. You’ll work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide tailored solutions, demonstrations, and training that enable their clients to live better lives. Success in this role means building strong relationships, driving awareness of our solutions, and ensuring Cubro is the first choice in the industry. Key Responsibilities Customer Visits & Consultation - Respond to therapist requests by conducting onsite visits, assessing client needs, setting up trial or purchased equipment, and resolving enquiries with expert knowledge and a consultative approach. Promote Cubro’s Equipment & Services - Proactively create awareness through events, in-services, product demonstrations, training sessions, and displays. Develop & Maintain Relationships – Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, monitor CRM data, and identify sales opportunities. Training & Education - Deliver product training to clients, customers, and staff, and contribute to video tutorials. Identify New Opportunities - Gather field feedback and collaborate with business development to shape product and service improvements. System & Process Accuracy - Ensure accurate data entry, follow business processes, and support efficient workflows. Market Awareness - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments. Team Contribution - Share insights, collaborate with colleagues, and actively contribute to Cubro’s winning culture. The Ideal Candidate A passion for working with people and making a difference Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent relationship-building and account management skills A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn An engaging, empathetic, and positive personality 3+ years’ experience in sales, healthcare, or education (preferred) Knowledge of anatomy/physiology or a related tertiary qualification is an advantage Comfortable with regular travel (including overnight stays when required) Full NZ driver’s licence and consent to a police vetting check (essential) Why Join Cubro?
