ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity is looking for a Solution Specialist Team Leader. We offer you the chance to become part of the service management team region North, which is a function within the Sales and Marketing organization for Consumer Goods Region North.
In this position, you will be responsible for the Solution Specialist team, and you will be reporting to the Regional Director Business Logistics.
This is a temporary position based in Gothenburg, Sweden or Espoo, Finland until 31/3/2026.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the Solution Specialist team (based in Espoo and Gothenburg).
• Secure efficient order processing to ensure timely delivery.
• Define priorities, follow up targets and balance the workload.
• Understands and lead the end to end Order to Cash processes.
• Build effective collaborative relationships with mainly internal customers.
• Secure that data are maintained and up to date in the systems utilized.
• KPI monitoring of service level and service complaints, analyzing deviations to identifying root cause with corrective actions.
• Motivate, provide support and cover for service management team members when required.
• Secure that the service complaints processes are handled in a correct way.
• Ensure that routines are in place for all processes, maintained and up to date, reviewed regularly and used across the department.
