About the Role RadixArk is hiring a Solutions Account Executive in Singapore — a hybrid seller-engineer who can run a full sales cycle and lead the technical evaluation that decides it. You’ll sell SGLang, Miles, and the RadixArk infrastructure stack to AI labs, enterprises, and AI-native startups across APAC. In most deals, our buyers don’t sign because of a deck. They sign because someone sat down with their infrastructure team, benchmarked our inference engine against their workload, explained the trade-offs honestly, and showed them what their P99 latency and cost-per-token look like on RadixArk. That person is you. You’ll own the commercial relationship end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close — while also acting as the technical lead on POCs, architecture reviews, and benchmarks. You’ll partner tightly with our engineering team, but on most APAC deals you’ll be the one translating what SGLang and Miles actually do into something a CTO can defend to their board. This is not a role for pure relationship sellers or pure solutions engineers. It’s for the rare operator who can do both. What You’ll Do Own a quota against strategic accounts across APAC — AI labs, enterprises deploying AI, and AI-native startups Run full sales cycles end-to-end: outbound, discovery, technical evaluation, commercial negotiation, close Lead technical deep dives, architecture reviews, and POCs — benchmarking RadixArk against customer workloads on their infrastructure Translate customer requirements into concrete evaluation criteria, and translate RadixArk capabilities into language technical buyers actually care about Partner with engineering on custom benchmarks, performance tuning, and edge-case technical escalations Co-sell with Google Cloud, AWS, and regional GPU/cloud partners Represent RadixArk at APAC AI conferences, developer events, and SGLang community meetups — including delivering technical talks and demos Feed structured, technically precise market intelligence back to product and engineering — which features, benchmarks, and workloads will win the region Requirements 5+ years combined experience across enterprise sales and solutions/sales engineering at AI infrastructure, cloud, GPU, developer tools, or deep-tech companies Proven track record closing 6- and 7-figure technical deals where you personally led the evaluation or POC Deep technical fluency: you can confidently discuss LLM serving architectures, inference optimization (batching, KV cache, speculative decoding, quantization), distributed training, RL pipelines, and GPU/TPU economics Comfortable reading code, running benchmarks, and writing configuration for customer POCs — you don’t need to contribute to SGLang, but you need to use it credibly Full-cycle seller: prospecting, discovery, technical qualification, commercial negotiation, and close Existing network across APAC AI labs, enterprises, or cloud/GPU ecosystems Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with limited playbooks Fluent English; additional regional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, Hindi) are a strong plus Willing to travel across APAC Eligibility to work in Singapore About RadixArk RadixArk is an infrastructure-first company built by engineers who've shipped production AI systems, created SGLang (20K+ GitHub stars, the fastest open LLM serving engine), and developed Miles (our large-scale RL framework).
