    This is more than just a delivery role, it’s an opportunity to partner across the business to co-design outcomes, challenge the status quo, and support a high-impact portfolio that spans both internally driven initiatives and strategically funded work, including key FY26 BRP priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for a collaborative, delivery-focused problem solver with:

  • Proven experience managing and supporting end-to-end initiative delivery, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence, communicate and lead across multiple brands and teams.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, business case development, risk mitigation, and benefit tracking.
  • An adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for finding better ways of working.
  • Experience in Insurance Operations, process improvement, or automation is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor within the Operations Solutions Hub, you will:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of initiatives that improve customer outcomes, simplify processes, and support strategic enablement across Insurance Operations.
  • Engage with sponsors and business owners to build confidence and maintain alignment between delivery and business needs.
  • Partner across internal and external teams to ensure initiatives meet risk, governance, and operational excellence requirements.
  • Help track and deliver benefits in line with strategic objectives, ensuring continuous value realisation.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships while building capability across the organisation to scope, design, and execute change.
  • Provide hands-on support for the growing volume of both internally driven and stakeholder-mandated initiatives across our FY26 roadmap.
