JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Solutions Analyst role works with business partners to provide Subject Matter Expertise, Research and Analysis, Problem Solving and Solutioning, Requirement and Testing Support, as well as Production Support for the Commercial Loan Servicing Systems. Solution Analysts apply business process and system technology knowledge for business problem solving and also in the ideation and recommendation of solutions.

The Project Support aspects of the role include:

  • platform support for ACBS and Weblink
  • assist in the creation and refinement of business requirements/user stories
  • review business and QA test scenarios and provide support during their testing
  • test case execution
  • defect management
  • assist with test region configuration

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ Years of related experience
  • Expert knowledge of business line, business model, operations
  • Proven communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills
  • Demonstrated follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need
  • Proven ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation
  • Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis
  • Proven ability to successfully plan, develop, lead and execute projects
  • Demonstrated ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities
  • Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications
  • Expert process improvement skills
  • Expert technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations
  • Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot research and correct the majority of system malfunctions
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks Extensive experience with ACBS ( advanced commercial banking systems) preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of syndication and participation deal servicing preferred
  • Experience with loan system to general ledger mapping and processing preferred
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced level for excel (pivot table, lookups) experience preferred
  • JIRA/JTMF experience preferred
  • Understanding of agile framework and methodologies preferred
