SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS

Must hold current and transferable SC Clearance.

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in designing, implementing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that meet business and client needs.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and proficiency in creating UML models.
• Comprehensive experience in supporting the entire systems lifecycle, from design and architecture through to delivery, rollout, operation, and maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs, requirements, and project objectives.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and trends in solution architecture, and a willingness to leverage them to enhance solution design and delivery.

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join the team to design and implement comprehensive technical solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define system architecture, and guide the end-to-end development of scalable, secure and efficient solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a collaborative approach to bring innovative solutions to life, ensuring they are adaptable, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the realisation of solution through architecture into delivery, roll-out and operation, and full systems lifecycle management.
• Provide oversight and support across the project delivery lifecycle to ensure the integrity of the solution are maintained and that business outcomes are achieved.
• Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to develop clear understanding of needs and business requirements.
• Realise design intent expressed as requirements/use cases etc. as UML models using the Arc42 framework in Enterprise Architecture.
• Working collaboratively with various teams and technical roles to identify common issues and opportunities to improve operations and strategic delivery.
