OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a technically deep yet customer-facing Solutions Architect with pre-sales experience and technical depth in Applied AI (LLMs, agentic applications). You will lead first-touch client engagements, build trusted relationships with partners like OpenAI and Anthropic, deliver customer workshops and prototypes, and provide thought leadership through industry events.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in customer-facing, pre-sales, or solutions architecture roles (e.g., Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager)
  • Demonstrated experience with Applied AI, particularly LLMs and/or agentic systems - prototyping and deploying in customer environments.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
  • Strong technical credentials with Applied AI / LLMs:
  • Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Agent SDK, LangChain, CrewAI)
  • Familiarity with tracing and observability tools for debugging/evaluating agentic workloads
  • Understanding of MLOps practices
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI) - able to demo, evaluate, and advise customers on adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to translate complex AI concepts across engineering teams and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable in workshop/facilitation, including at customer sites or virtual settings, and representing Mesh-AI at public forums.
  • Strong relationship-building skills: able to manage partnerships and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external platforms.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical advisor in pre-sales: manage customer discovery, requirements, evaluation frameworks, and solution delivery - guiding from ideation through integration and deployment.Design and architect scalable LLM-based solutions integrated into enterprise tech stacks - aligning business and technical needs
  • Prototype, workshop, and run customer events (technical deep-dives, workshops, demos)
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS and others. Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to drive joint strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging talks and demos at industry and customer events to showcase capabilities and thought leadership around LLM and applied AI solutions.
