Job Description: As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible in creating deliverables that provide solution direction for supporting the bank’s organizational and strategic portfolio of programs/projects where the solution should depict the current, transition and target state solutions. Leading and providing guidance to technical implementation teams and other stakeholders within the organization as part of the over-all project delivery. Job Responsibilities: Understand, apply and advocate BDO’s Enterprise Architecture guardrails which includes architecture principles, architecture patterns, technology standards and non-functional requirements Understand business drivers and business capabilities (current and target states) and determine from there the corresponding solution architecture and/or change requirements to deliver the target business outcomes Perform continual assessment of current state solutions to identify technical debt against target state solution; or transition to new or emerging technologies Work closely with the solutions architecture lead, enterprise architects, program managers, other solutions architects, infrastructure and security architects, application and infrastructure delivery leads to ensure that the execution of architecture plans are aligned with enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap Performs diligently other responsibilities / tasks that may be assigned in the course of the meeting the objective of the group/Bank Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields At least 8 years of experience in IT software/services definition, build, and management At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Solution Architecture practice responsible for the development of the overall solution vision that supports business-oriented project developments or strategic projects driven by IT Proven capability to support project and delivery teams by providing guidance on Job Description opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural considerations Good understanding of strategic, new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating model You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
